Who we are. Lares Health is a division of Lares, Inc. This page is about this website and nothing else. It is not about the Navigator, which a clinic runs under a written agreement with us.
What the site does. It shows you pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from another company's server, so nobody else is told that you were here.
How to reach us. Write to either address in the footer of this page. A person reads it and answers.
What this website puts on your device.
Nothing. No cookies, no local storage, no pixels, no analytics. You can read every page of this site with cookies turned off and nothing about your visit is kept, here or anywhere else.
What this website loads from other companies.
Nothing. Every style, script and image on this site is served from this site. There is no content delivery network, no font service, no embedded video, no social button and no advertising network, so no other company learns that you opened a page here. The build checks the finished pages for an address that points anywhere else and refuses to publish if it finds one. That makes this a statement you can check rather than a promise you have to take on trust.
What the contact form collects.
The contact form is not built yet, so today there is nothing on this site you can type into. When it is built it will ask for four things: your name, your organization, your role and your message. It will ask for nothing else. Those four things go to Lares Health. A person reads the message and replies to it. We use what you send to answer you and to carry on that conversation, and for nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to an advertiser. If we ever want to use it for something else, we will ask you first.
Patient information.
No patient information is collected on this website, in any form, at any time. There is no patient login here, no portal, no upload and no appointment booking. Clinical information belongs to the clinic that holds it. It lives in the Navigator, under a written agreement with that clinic, on systems that are separate from this website. It never touches this site.
Asking what we hold, and asking us to delete it.
Write to either address in the footer and ask. We will tell you what we hold about you, which today can only be a message you chose to send us, and an email thread if we have written back. If you ask us to delete it, we will delete it and tell you when it is done. You do not have to explain why.
When this page changes.
This page is rewritten whenever what the site does changes, and the date below is the day a person last rewrote it. It is part of the page's own text, not a clock reading taken when the site was built, so it moves only when the words move.
